So before mission and marriage and motherhood (boy, that's a lot of "M"s) I was a musician - yet another "M". (I was also a "Myers", my maiden name ....) I figured some, if not most of you, might not know this. And to make it even more enthralling, I am still, currently, a musician ... just not nearly as active of one as I once was. I have written just under three-dozen songs, some that I will gladly share with you upon asking - others that are just too "high school" for the general public.

The most recent addition to my song library "The Story of My Life", a song I wrote while walking Addi around our little neighborhood in Hau'ula. I admit quite despondently that I don't know many of my neighbors. As I walk past their homes I peer inside their windows wondering what lives are being lived inside. I hope one day to have enough gumption to throw a block party or something and get to know everyone, but until then, I just know their windows.

Sorry, that last deleted post was me, I just didn't realize that my husband was logged in instead of me. Here is my comment:
My fifteen month old was standing next to me directing the music with his little are as I was watching your video. He only does it if he likes the music, so good work! I miss some of the "old favorites" from Snow College. I'm glad to see you are still at it.

Your so awesome. I was just checking out your blog and loved finding out about this talent of yours. I mean I knew you were musically gifted but lets face it, we don't get to make our own renditions of the hymns much. :) Your awesome!
