On the weekends Case and I sometimes take turns waking up with Addi. Today (Sunday) was my morning to get up with Addi. I guess the anticipation was killing me (as if I don't wake up with her every day of the week) because I woke up an hour before her. Yes, one full hour ... 60 minutes ... 1200 seconds. Why? Sleep is so precious in these lasts weeks before giving birth. You're so tired and the idea of sleeping, day or night, is so tantalizing. So I was just thrilled to be awake a full hour before I needed to (sarcasm intended). I laid there trying to convince my self to go back to sleep, but to no avail.
Addi woke up around 7 o'clock crying - I don't know why, but that's what she does when she wakes up. She cries - not tears, just loud vocalizations that are probably waking up the neighbors as well as their dead relatives. After guzzling 8 oz. of milk, Addi that is, not I, we were off to the shower. Addi loves the water, so taking a long shower is a great way to pass the time. Well, she pooped ... in the shower. It's not the first time she's done this, but it has been a while. Yes, poo, the #2 of bathroom excretions, in the shower. And she's so sweet about it. She looks up at me with her huge hazel eyes, eyelashes sunken with pea-sized water droplets, and says, "Pah poo," as if it were a question. Is she really asking me if she just pooed? I don't think so. I think she knows she just pooed. I think anyone with a nose within a 5 mile radius knows she just pooed.

Nobody click on those links by "fenrisar". Stef, I would delete that person if I were you.
I have to keep a little potty chair by my bathtub because Barrett seems to enjoy pooping in the tub. We are not potty training him, but it sure has come in handy when he has started pulling faces!
