p90x update

Woo Hoo for day 30! So we took our measurements and here's how we're doing so far (- = lost it, + = gained it):

CASEY
weight: -10 lbs.
chest: -.5 in.
waist: -2 in.
hips: -1 in.
biceps: R -.5 L -.5 (hopefully they'll get bigger in the end)
thighs: R +1 in. L +1.5 in.

STEFANI
weight: -5 lbs.
chest: -1.5 in.
waist: -1.5 in.
hips: -.75 in.
biceps: R -.25 L -.75
thighs: R -.75 L -.5
