3 Random/Surprising Facts About Me
- to me, the ideal time period of human productivity was the mid to late-1800s. so whenever something in my life has gone awry, whether it be parenting, diet, housework, physical activity, etc. i think to myself, "how did they do it in the 1860s?" take diet for example. how should i eat? the way they ate in the 1860s - fruit and veggies in season and in abundance, meat sparingly, grains and pasta every now and again, no preservatives, no twinkies, no ice cream, no Ted's Bakery chocolate haupia pie, not even ... yogurt. i could go on and on and on about this one - it's one of my fundamental life philosophies....
- i pick my nose. seriously. i'm working on it ... not really, but i should. (never the wet boogers, though)
- sometimes when i'm driving down the road i'll see something and then say it in my head, like a sign saying "ahi for sale", and then i'll think "ahi for sale ... just pull on over" and put a little tune to it; a jingle, if you will. the next thing i know it's 15 minutes later and i'm still singing, "ahi for sale ... just pull on over", sometimes out loud, sometimes just in my head. i pretty much do this every time i'm in the car. sometimes i'm still singing the "song" after i get home, put the groceries away, etc. etc.
I tag ... Steph R., Ashley C., and Taylor P.

everyone picks their nose.....the real question is...what do you do with the boogie that you've picked? :>)
oh yeah, I'm pretty hooked to blogging these past few days too! :>)
Thanx stef! That's some great stuff.
I'm still laughing about the drive-by jingles. I would love to hear one sometime.
Everyone picks their nose, even if they don't admit it. The trick is not doing it in front of your kids.
