um and thus the roller coaster begins at least that's how it was with us. The close date/sign date and every other date they ever said CHANGED a million times even within the same day. Buying a house is retarded process and I could go on for hours about that. We got into our house 3 weeks late- the day we got kicked out of our apartment cuz our lease was up - good times that I will always remember.
But hey on the bright side I bet you have a better realtor and things will go more smoothly.
Our process made it a joke and I will now only buy homes for cash - hahah yeah right.
