then i let it sink in.
really slowly.
i just painted a dresser from the 50s!?!? it was my mom's?!?! and it's in my house?!?!

i'm so incredibly into vintage modern decor and i had NO IDEA how incredibly awesome and truly vintage (and in the family!!) this dresser was.
i was pretty pumped.
and man i'm SO glad i didn't know how old it was before hand or i would have been freaking out about messing it up.
so without further ado...
ps. mom, i'm not saying you're old.
50+ yr old furniture = antique. vintage. etc.
50+ yr. old humans = well seasoned. like a good wine or something.
except i don't drink wine.
