christmas lights

last week we hung our Christmas lights. i LOVE these lights... found 'em at target. (can i get three "glory glory"s for oahu having Target as a shopping option!!) when Christmas season is over i fully intend to hang them in the house... maybe Addi's room. we'll see.

i was the official light un-tangler (is it detangler?? untangler?)

gwen made sure the ladder was sturdy,

while add put on as many sweater/jacket items as she could find in her closet, and brought all of her toys out to the front yard

and the finished product of our combined efforts...

i figure when we expand our light display in future years, they'll go around the windows too. and our roof is perfect for one of those tacky santa displays, or a star the size of your grandmother's quilts. we'll probably do that too. just wait... Christmas 2013 we'll be glowing!
