then purchased by my mother at a garage sale in texas, moved to utah, then nevada, back to texas, back to utah, and finally hawaii.
where, apparently it just might meet its demise.
my piano has been my therapist for nearly 2 decades.
{stef, really? two decades? therapist? yes.}
angry? piano.
sad? piano.
happy? piano.
just got asked out on a date by the really cute guy in trig? piano.
rainy day and no one can play? piano.
you killed the yeast and your thanksgiving rolls aren't edible? piano.
steve premo out of honolulu came over, more than once, to fix up my therapist.
evidently he's getting old. {the piano, not steve.} cracking glue. springs that aren't springy. pedals that don't damper. etc. etc.
but for now he's up and running, and as close to in-tune as he'll get {though he's a tad sharp... weird.}
and i'm glad to have my therapist back.

Oh Stef, that makes me miss listening to your piano playing and songs back at Snow. Glad he's up and running again, I'm sure your house felt too quiet without it!
i need to call this guy and have him come my way.
glad to hear it!
and that's a nice piece of therapist you got there...
Yahoooo!
We are so excited to get to use your therapist!
oh how I wish I owned a piano, and even better wish I could actually PLAY the piano...someday, someday. It seems like the perfect therapist.
it. is. beautiful.
Your piano is beautiful! I have a hundred year old piano. We also bought it at a yard sale for $25. I love it. I wish I had the money to restore it, because it has so much character, but until we are gainfully employed and no longer students that will have to wait. I'm glad you have your piano back.
Yeah!
