i sewed another bag

it's technically a scripture case for my friend's daughter who was baptized last saturday.

i used this tutorial, which was well done and easy to follow. BUT there was one particular step (sewing the bottom-side piece to the front/back pieces) that really should have come with a warning. it was a beast. a beast, i tell you!

all-in-all, from cutting to button-hole ripping, i'd say it took 3-4 hrs. i'm way beginner so you could probably whip one up in a couple hours!

i think i want one too.
