1. i prefer my nails to be short, toe and finger.

I had no idea about your MD/PhD goal! My husband is in the MD/PhD program here in Milwaukee. He is a 1st year grad student now, and his PhD will be in neuroscience, and so far clinically he is interested in Psych or neurosurgery. Crazy! You are a fellow brain lover.
